phase #1 Costa Rica 2007

On January 31st 2007 I have arrived in San José / Costa Rica where I'll be staying for three months as a participant of the IFL program of ICJA e.V. (voluntary services worldwide) in order to do voluntary work in an institution of their cooperating partner ACI-CR (Asociación Cultural de Intercambio Costa Rica) / ICYE Costa Rica.

This of course involves a lot of expenses. Thus I would be utterly grateful for any financial or material support.

Despite the funding of this program by the Federal Ministry for families, seniors, women and adolescents I understandably have to pay a substantial part of the expenses myself. Adding to this I have ongoing fixed costs at home so that I lack further financial means to contribute to this project.

your support: what I need for the project.

Any financial support will help me to assemble the necessary resources for the project and to actually realise the latter.

Nevertheless contributions in kind are just as useful. Anything you believe to be useful for the work with expressive media such as photography, video, performing & visual arts. The old (digital) camera you do not need any more, a medium for sound recording, a small video camera which I can hand over to children for experimentation, or any other device that allows for the documentation of the project.

Of course I will mention every individual or organisation supporting this project in one way or another by name on this website.

During my stay in Costa Rica I will constantly keep you up-to-date with the progression of the project so you can assure yourself of the effective realisation of the above approach.
